Four Points Flex by Sheraton Nagoya Station

Very handy hotel for those arriving to Nagoya by train. Numerous nearby restaurants and bars, and only a short walk to a very nice shopping mall. The friendly staff at the front desk spoke pretty good English, and our room was comfortable with good bathroom facilities.

As with many Japanese hotels, the rooms, furniture, and other amenities were a little on the small side compared to what most Westerners are used to. Also: be on notice that there was some pretty significant construction near the hotel when we visited.

Good proximity to food and shops

Room could be roomier and allow for 4 persons inner of two 2 person rooms.

Awesome location, steps away from the station and really easy to move around. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. They even provide a phone charger in the room, super helpful for those of us who lost it on the way.

Hotel did hold my luggage after i checked out. So u had to haul over 150 pounds of suitcases to the next location.

The location is the best! Walkable from the train station. I also tried their buffet breakfast and absolutely loved it.

Location is very convenient, it’s very clean.

It’s really small, I was surprised of how small it.I went to several places in Japan and another one in Nagoya, but this is the least spacious one. I have medium size luggage and one hand carry, you really won’t have much space.

Loved the firm bed. I really liked the location where most of the locals dine. Location is not far from the main transit hub, 5-10 minutes walk.

The room was clean and well decorated, the bed had about 5 fluffy pillows and it was super comfortable. the location is convenient (about 5 minutes from JR Nagoya st.)

Didn't have breakfast, location is convenient to the station & subway, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel - https://kuchiguchi.zetton.co.jp/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=maps - is superb, I ate there twice and was not dissapointed.

Betting was a little too warm for a room without operable windows

There’s a nearby LAWSON & Family Mart convenience stores.Ichiran Ramen is also walking distance.Walking distance from JR NAGOYA STATION, Meitetsu and Kintetsu. Really convenient location for travelers who would be using the train a lot.Affordable for Marriott-branded hotel.

Small rooms are expected from Japan budget hotels, so this is not a shocker to us, however I feel like there are rooms that a bit more spacious depending on the room layout or location of the bed. Our 2nd room felt more spacious for opening big luggages because the bed was situated parallel the window. Perhaps, I should request for a room with that kind of layout next time.

A 5-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station, this hotel is perfect for travelers. The twin room fits two people with luggage comfortably. Toiletries, a hot/cold water dispenser on each floor, a vending machine on the 2nd floor, and a coin laundry make stays easy and convenient. Marriott members can enjoy early check-in. Lawson is right around the corner.

5 minute walk to the Nagoya station. It was very clean, and the room was spacious for Japan’s standards.

Did not live up to Sheraton standards and expectations. No coffee or meeting place with tables in lobby. Weird bathroom. Too small. Not close enough to the Shinkansen to be called Sheraton Nagoya Station". It was a long walk with luggage.

Close to Nagoya Station. Many restaurants close by. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
